deerso is happy to process returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the items are in their original packaging. We will not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or if an incorrect item was sent from our warehouse. For orders consisting of multiple items, our return policy is based on the item, not the order. Return freight is only covered on damaged/defective items. Damaged Items
All of our online orders ship from various warehouses, items do not ship from our stores. If you receive a damaged item please fill out the below form to start an RMA. Please include your order number and picture of the damaged item. This will start the return/claim process. Please also include if you would like a refund or a new shipment processed.
Defective Items
deerso will honor returns for defective items within 30 days of the purchase date. If you discover that an item is defective within this period, please initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by filling out the form below. Include your order number and a photo or a description of the issue of the defective item to start the return or claim process. Specify whether you would like a refund or a replacement shipment. Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that differs from your order confirmation or the product listing on our website, please initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) following the same procedure as for damaged or defective items. Resellers
We will only accept returns from the original purchaser of our site. While we typically accept returns from resellers on third-party websites, we reserve the right to deny such returns at our sole discretion.
